WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A four-way stop is now in place at a northwest Wichita intersection deemed dangerous. Calls for changes at 135th Street West and 29th Street North ramped up following a crash in August that killed a woman and injured four others, including three children.
The intersection, also the site where Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Deputy Sidnee Carter died in 2022, is now a four-way stop, changed from a two-way stop.
