WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Coalition to End Homelessness in Wichita/Sedgwick County has announced the emergency winter shelter plans for this winter.
Second Light will open early this weekend in anticipation of the expected cold snap, operating from 8 p.m. Sunday through 8 a.m. on Tuesday.
