Andover and Augusta celebrate new Redbud Trail after years of development

ANDOVER, Kan. (KWCH) – A trail connecting Andover and Augusta is almost complete.

Known as the Redbud Trail, it’s heavily used by bikers and others that enjoy the outdoors. On Friday, the Andover Augusta Rail Trail Initiative celebrated the trail with a ribbon cutting, since they have been working to make the old railway into a trail for years.
