WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The final phase of Wichita’s downtown parking plan is underway.
Phase 4 involves the installation of the paid parking signs in areas of downtown that haven’t been marked yet, including:
- Second Street between Main and Santa Fe
- Emporia and St. Francis between First and Second Street
- Water and William between Douglas and Main in front of Century II
- Water between Waterman and Dewey
- Waterwalk Place between Water and S. Wichita Street
- Market, Broadway, and Emporia between Waterman and Dewey
- Dewey from Market to Emporia
- St. Francis and Commerce from Waterman to Kellogg
- Rock Island from Douglas to Waterman
