WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — When a tenant moves and leaves a pet behind, it puts a burden on the property owner.
That’s how Kirsten Medlin ended up in a crawl space searching for a cat and her three kittens.
“I didn’t know I was going to have to crawl under a house to get them, but I mean, I was willing to do whatever was needed to help them out,” Medlin said.
