Two Wichita residents were hurt, one seriously, in a crash in western Osage County on Thanksgiving.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the crash happened just before 9 am at Kansas Turnpike mile marker 160.4 northbound, 33 miles northeast of the Emporia toll gate. Troopers say an SUV driven by 19-year-old Isabella Curry left the highway for unlisted reasons to the left and almost hit the center barrier wall.
