A cold front making its way across much of the Midwest this weekend has brought a blast of chilly temperatures and gusty winds to Wichita, setting the stage for potential snow showers on Monday.
The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory through 6 p.m. Nov. 29. Nearby communities — including Bel Aire, Valley Center, Derby, Hutchinson and Salina — should expect northwest winds between 25 and 35 mph, the National Weather Service’s Wichita office reported.
