WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A woman has been formally charged in connection with a fatal February hit-and-run crash in Oaklawn.
Madelyn Walter made her first appearance Thursday in Sedgwick County District Court.
She is charged with involuntary manslaughter while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and leaving the scene of an accident in the crash that killed Panagiotis Manolopoulos, 75, of Wichita.
