SEDGWICK COUNTY —A suspect accused in a fatal gunfight at a liquor store in on Labor Day in Wichita was back in court last week for a preliminary hearing.
Judge Rodger Woods determined there is enough evidence for 23-year-old Jaime Medina to go to trial in early March, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
