WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A series of pop-up events across the Wichita area lets the public give feedback on what the city’s parks look like for years to come.
The project is designed to engage residents and identify priorities for parks, community centers and recreation programs.
Here are the events you can attend and share your ideas:
- Sam’s Club, 3084 N. Maize Road, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 13
- Walton’s Christmas Express, 5-7 p.m. Dec. 13 at O.J. Watson Park
- Walmart, 5475 N. Meridian, 12-2 p.m. Jan. 20
- Walmart, 6110 W. Kellogg, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 21
