SEDGWICK COUNTY — A suspect accused in a deadly Labor Day weekend robbery, killing is due back in court Monday.
Lafayette J. Washington, 21, is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Judge Jeffrey Goering’s courtroom, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office. The judge will determine whether there is enough evidence for the case to move forward.
