SEDGWICK COUNTY —A man accused in a deadly gunfight on Father’s Day in Wichita will return to court Tuesday.
Eric Gonzalez-Gutierrez, 33, will attend a preliminary hearing in Judge Jeffrey Goering’s courtroom, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
