Wichita family receives keys for Habitat for Humanity home

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – A new Habitat for Humanity home was dedicated Wednesday as part of the organization’s Rock the Block Piatt revitalization in northeast Wichita.

Bijoux and her family received the keys to her home. There are several requirements to obtain one of the homes. It includes 40 hours of classes, 250 hours of sweat equity, and qualifying for a mortgage.
