And just like that, The Big Biscuit has opened in northwest Wichita at 2330 N. Maize Road.
The chain out of Kansas City will celebrate its grand opening on Wednesday, December 17, but is currently open to the public ahead of their big day where there will be giveaways and a ribbon cutting.
It’s the first of what will lead to multiple locations in the Wichita area. Be on the look out as The Big Biscuit takes over two former Jimmy’s Egg spaces at 106 S. Hydraulic and 7777 E. 21st St. Then it will be Derby’s turn when another location opens at 1906 N. Rock Road. Until then, let’s see what’s in store for the first one in Wichita…
