Shooting in north Wichita leaves two people injured

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Two people have non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting in north Wichita.

At 2:11 a.m. on Sunday morning, the Wichita Police Department says it responded to 14th Street North and Erie after a report came in of a disturbance involving a weapon.

When officers arrived, they found a residence in the 1500 block of North Erie that had multiple bullet strikes. During their investigation, the police department reports two victims, a 20-year-old woman and 26-year-old man, arrived at a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries…
