Topeka leaders vowed to sell Hotel Topeka by the end of the year. On Dec. 16, they fulfilled their promises.
The Topeka Development Corporation Board — comprised of Topeka City Council members in a different capacity — approved a $1 million deal with Endeavor Hotel Group, which is headquartered in Wichita.
