Lange Real Estate has just shared the names of three tenants that will open in its $500 million Champtown entertainment district in Park City.
On Wednesday, the company shared that both Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and Bob & Luigi’s Pizzeria had signed leases to open in the development’’s retail center, which will be made up of two 9,800-square-foot buildings.
Freddy’s signed a 15-year-lease for 2,380 square feet, the release said, and Bob & Luigi’s signed a 10-year lease for 2,000 square feet.
