WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – A 26-year-old Liberal man died in a crash on U.S. Highway 54 early Monday morning.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said the Chevy Silverado, heading east, crossed over the fog line onto the shoulder and collided with a parked commercial motor vehicle. The CMV left the scene.
