WICHITA, Kan. (WIBW) – A minimum-custody resident of a work-release facility in Wichita was apprehended early Wednesday after he didn’t return from his night-shift job earlier in the day, Kansas Department of Corrections officials said.
The resident, Alex Jaramillo, a minimum-custody resident of the Wichita Work Release Facility, was taken into custody Wednesday morning after surrendering to authorities at a local hospital.
