WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A minimum-custody resident of the Wichita Work Release Facility was apprehended Wednesday morning shortly after he failed to return from his night job.
The facility placed Alex Emillano Jaramillo on escape status early Wednesday morning, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
