WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A Wichita baby whose father is charged in her death died of blunt force injuries, according to an autopsy report.
On Friday, KSN obtained the autopsy report of Mulani Howard, a 3-week-old girl who died in September.
Her father, Zachariah Howard, is charged with first-degree murder and child abuse.

The autopsy report says Mulani was staying at Howard’s house the night of Sept. 17. The next morning, Howard reported that he found her unresponsive. She was taken to a hospital, where she died…
