WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The City of Wichita and Genesis Health Clubs plan to settle a lawsuit over the Wichita Ice Center.
It concerns a lawsuit the City of Wichita filed in 2022, alleging the company did not pay the city back for bonds to improve the facility.
