WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A man is dead after being hit by a vehicle near 21st Street North and Woodlawn.
At the scene, Wichita Police Sgt. Jordan Edison described the man who died as being in his 50s or 60s. The collision was reported a little after 7 p.m.
Early in the investigation, Edison said that police don’t believe that the driver was impaired. The pedestrian was not in a crosswalk…
