WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Activists gathered in downtown Wichita on Saturday afternoon to protest Immigration and Customs Enforcement after an agent fatally shot a woman in Minneapolis.
Over 300 people attended the demonstration in downtown Wichita at the intersection of Broadway and Douglas Avenue.
Lucy Buller, who attended the demonstration, emphasized the importance of community unity now more than ever.

“I believe that we should all band together as community members,” Buller said. “I believe in the power of community. I’ve seen it first hand, and I think if we don’t have public safety, then no one in this country will get the kind of community that we need to thrive as people.”…
