SEDGWICK COUNTY —A Kansas teen accused in a fatal shooting that occurred in the basement of a home in Wichita is set to return to court.
Elijah Cynova, 18, will appear in Judge Rodger Woods courtroom on Monday afternoon, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office. He may be asked to enter a plea in the case.
