SEDGWICK COUNTY— A Kansas man accused of killing a man in July will return to court Wednesday.
Andrew Presley, 31, will appear in Judge Roger Woods courtroom for a preliminary hearing, according to the Sedgwick County District attorney’s office. He was charged with second degree murder in the death of 32-year-old Kelly Black.
