WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Behind a cold front, it is a blustery Wednesday morning. Temperatures in the 30s feel much colder when you factor in the north winds between 15 and 30 mph. Later today will be similar in nature as highs in the lower to middle 40s, or twenty degrees lower than Tuesday feel like the 30s.
After a cold night in the teens and lower 20s, temperatures will rebound into the upper 40s and lower 50s on Thursday afternoon. However, far western Kansas will climb into upper 50s and lower 60s underneath mainly sunny skies.
A second and stronger Arctic cold front will arrive on Friday sending our temperatures down even farther. Highs in the lower 40s on Friday will be followed by afternoon temperatures in the 30s on Saturday. While a flurry or two is possible, the story will once again be the gusty winds and colder feels like temperatures…
