WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A Sedgwick County man was sentenced to 24 months of probation on Tuesday in connection to insurance and identity fraud.
43-year-old Marquez Gails pleaded guilty to one felony count of insurance fraud and one felony count of identity theft. Gails used another person’s identity to buy a vehicle and car insurance.
