WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Bitter cold temperatures are approaching Wichita, and the Second Light Shelter is preparing for what could be a busy weekend as more people seek refuge from the freezing conditions.
“Obviously, the colder it is, the more folks we see coming in,” said Dan Clifford, executive director of the Second Light Shelter.
