WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Sedgwick County Zoo provided another glimpse of a few of its newest members on Wednesday, sharing photos of four elephant calves enjoying the first snow of their young lives.
“All four calves were given the opportunity to venture out into the snow this afternoon, and they all bravely took the chance,” the Sedgwick County Zoo shared in a caption accompanying the photos shared on its Facebook page. “While it didn’t last long, they ran around kicking up snow, testing it with their trunks, and staying close to their moms.”…
