Feds: Wichita man threatened to shoot ICE agents ‘point blank’

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A Wichita man is accused of threatening Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

On Wednesday, a federal grand jury returned an indictment against Joaquin Hernandez, 23, on one count of interstate communications with threat to injure and one count of retaliating against a federal official by threatening.
