WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – A Kansas pharmacy technician was charged on Wednesday with stealing several stimulants.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Kansas said Janice Brown of Russell was indicted on one count of acquiring a controlled substance by deception.
Man receives more than 25 years in prison in trio of Sedgwick County cases
Court documents accuse Brown of removing Adderall and Ritalin from the pharmacy without authorization. The thefts allegedly happened sometime before March 2025.
