It’s been difficult to keep track lately of what’s going on with Wichita’s 360 Deli & Grill.
Back in late December, one of the owners said that the restaurant’s second location, at 701 W. 21st St., was about to start its soft opening period.
But that didn’t happen, and the restaurant is still not open…
