Widower finds 911 dispatcher who helped during wife’s final moments

ANDALE, Kan. (KWCH) — Bruce Meyer’s life changed forever in January when his wife Kathy died at their home outside Andale.

A Sedgwick County dispatcher helped Bruce with CPR over the phone, but despite their best efforts, Kathy died. Ever since that night, Bruce has been inspired by the kindness of the dispatcher.

He contacted 12 News, hoping to find the person who helped him in his hour of need.
