Mild, breezy, and dry the rest of the week

We have a nice day ahead but before we get to the best part, patchy fog will be possible this morning. As of 5am, visibility for most of us is in decent shape but will continue to be monitored.

We will need to bundle up for a cold start this morning but we will be able to shed some layers during the afternoon. High temperatures in the 60s will be widespread.

Take some time to enjoy an upcoming stretch of pleasant temperatures. After all, it is still winter for another month and a half.

We will mainly be under the influence of high pressure all the way through the weekend. This will keep skies mostly sunny to partly cloudy.

A cold front will give the Sunflower State a quick visit during the day Friday. It will come through dry but it will also kick up a strong breeze in Central Kansas.

We will lose a few degrees into the weekend but high temperatures will still be nice. Active weather will hold off until we start to approach the middle of next week.
