WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office says a Kansas roofer engaged in deceptive and unconscionable acts under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act.
According to the district attorney’s consumer protection division, Tyler Sims and his company, Flint Hills Roofing Co. LLC., skipped inspections, failed to pull permits and did not finish contracted projects.
