Trucker bound over for trial in deadly Wichita parking spot dispute

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A truck driver charged in the death of a man after a fight at a north Wichita truck stop will face trial.

On Friday, Travis Briscoe of Oklahoma waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over for trial on a charge of second-degree murder.
