WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Richard Barrett, who owned the “Little Dairy Queen” at 849 S. Poplar for more than 30 years, has died, the store announced.
He was 94.
“Richard was a true Wichita legend, and someone who touched the lives of so many in our community,” read a Facebook post from Dairy Queen. “His kindness, dedication, and love for people helped shape what this store means to generations of families.”…
