WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A Sedgwick County judge ruled Thursday that prosecutors can charge a teenager as an adult in a shooting in the Towne East Square parking lot.
The 18-year-old is facing two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of aggravated battery and one count of criminal use of a weapon. Since he has not yet been charged as an adult, KSN is not naming him.
