WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Downtown Wichita, a nonprofit, announced on Thursday that the clean team has expanded, and Block by Block will now manage it.
The team is now made up of four full-time employees, instead of just two part-time employees.
The employees go to different locations between Washington Street and the Arkansas River and from Kellogg to Central Avenue picking up trash, sweeping streets and getting rid of graffiti…
