Wichita, KS — Pass It On – Outdoor Mentors is excited to welcome Marshall Starks to our team as our first Regional Director. Marshall brings more than 7 years of fundraising experience, having worked as a Regional Director with national NGO’s. Throughout his career, he has organized local volunteer chapters to hold fundraising events, principally banquets and assisted in major gift development, raising millions of dollars for conservation.
Marshall holds a bachelor’s degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point, giving him a sound and experienced background in management and leadership.
