WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A Wichita business owner has been indicted on charges that he sold marijuana from his businesses, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Kansas announced Monday.
According to court documents, Justin Lane was charged with six counts of distribution of marijuana, six counts of using or maintaining drug premises, eight counts of possession of an unregistered firearm, two counts of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and one count of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm…
