WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Formal charges are expected on Thursday against a teen identified as the primary suspect in a shooting last August outside Towne East Mall. Police arrested the 17-year-old for two counts of attempted murder.
Two other teens, both 16, were booked into jail for disorderly conduct related to the fight in the mall parking lot. At the scene, police said that two teen victims were on the ground when the primary suspect continued to shoot at them.
