WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Bagpipes added to the ambiance Saturday morning at the St. Patrick’s Day parade in Delano.
The warm weather and clear skies brought out spectators dressed in green including a pair of friends, Bob McKedy and Chad Bolan, who showed up with dyed beards.
