Invasive, stinky Bradford pear buybacks to happen soon in Kansas

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – There will be three Callery (Bradford) pear buybacks in Kansas in May, the Kansas Forest Service announced.

Callery pear trees are notoriously stinky, weak-wooded, and prone to storm damage. They are also invasive because they have found a way to cross-pollinate.
