WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The man accused of hitting and killing a Newton man with his car in south Wichita has been charged in his death.
Martin Tovar-Tavares, 21, of Wichita, was charged Monday with second-degree murder in the death of Tyrone Carter, 55, of Newton.
