WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — An affidavit released Wednesday sheds more light on a west Wichita shooting that left a man critically wounded.
The shooting happened shortly after midnight on Feb. 28 outside a home near Third and Clara streets.
Damien Farias, 21, and another 21-year-old man were sitting in their vehicles when an argument suddenly began, the affidavit says. Farias got out of his SUV, and the 21-year-old victim got of his truck. Police allege that Farias then fired at the victim.
