Case advances against man in Wichita hit-and-run that killed cyclist

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A man charged in connection with a fatal hit-and-run involving a cyclist can stand trial.

Blaine Hughes waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.

He is charged with failure to stop at an accident reasonably known to result in death.
