SEDGWICK COUNTY — Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a Wichita man in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred March 15, and claimed the life of 29-year-old Adam Wayne Condit.
On Friday, March 20, detectives arrested Andrew Eugene Fibert, 21, of Wichita in connection with the crash, according to Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Department Spokesman Branden Stitt.
