SEDGWICK COUNTY— A Kansas man arrested by police after a standoff in Hutchinson for killing a man in Wichita was to return to court Wednesday.
Andrew Presley, 31, was scheduled for a preliminary hearing in the courtroom of Judge Christopher Magana. The hearing was postponed early Wednesday, according to the Sedgwick County District attorney’s office. The preliminary hearing for Presley in January was also rescheduled.
